Try This Yema Bites with a twist of Chocolate and Coconut

Soft Yema Balls
Ingredients
1 can condensed milk ( 390 g )
3 tbsp butter or oil
3 egg yolks ( lightly beaten )
Peanuts ( happy peanuts ) color blue or any nuts
Sugar for coating
( Wrapper ) Water cellophane if available
Procedure ( just follow this method, much easier )
Put 3 tbsp butter or oil in a pan, let it melt over medium heat
Add the condensed milk and eggyolks, stir until well combine
Bring to a boil
Once boil, Add any nuts you like, I used crushed almonds ( then set your stove to medium low heat ) ✅
Constant stirring
For about 10-15 minutes for soft yema
Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl or plate brushed w/ little oil to avoid sticking
Let it cool for a bit, 5-8 mins...
Put some oil to your hands or gloves and measuring spoon
Form yema into a ball
Coat with sugar
Put in a plate separately ..or
Wrap yema using water cellophane
Enjoy!
Note: If you like to store Yema in a jar or plastic container, you’ll need to wrap since Yema
is so soft to avoid sticking from each other..
