As a raqi, it's very difficult to prove someone is doing sehr. The victim will have instances where they know that a certain person is doing sehr but cannot produce tangible proof. At this point, an accusation of performing sehr is very difficult to do. But if we know who it is, we should be super careful and not eat food from them. Or tell them anything about our lives. Also excluding them where possible is prudent to prevent furthur fitnah. But an all out accusation of performing sehr, will be denied and also cause the Paymaster to perform more sehr like crazy. I will counsel victim to look at their own protection and seek forgiveness from Allah in abundance, which will remove the test of black magic long term. This is a test like every other test, The solution is to perfect our worship of Allah and be consistent with it while seeking forgiveness to remove the cause of the test. 5:37

Sometimes the hearts and minds are so rigid, so hard that no goodness is seen by and accepted. If not addressed they become blind and will be unable to be just and good rather will nullify the truth. Long time rejection, maltreatment and injustice from family affects one’s well being and health. Every aspect of life get affected. Will result in poor self esteem. Islam doesn’t teach to suffer without addressing the problem and indulge yourself in harm while doing nothing about it. One should stay respectful but to draw lines is very important when family is dysfunctional or they will never realise the injustice they are doing and expecting something good will result in more suffering. So it’s better to realise the truth in time, think and act for one’s own well being also.

My deens getting low not cuz of the music or haram. It's the worshipping of the religion and absence of Allah. House is blaring Qur'an recitation, lectures. Walls full of bookshelves, thafseer, hadith and what not. But the double standards, bias, hypocrisy. Sheer denial and rejection of the Qur'an when they have to take responsibility for a wrong. The spread of injustice with all the knowledge in the world of Qur'an and Sunnah. The soul feels rotten and the heart bleeds to death. That's how my Deen, my faith, my prayers take a hit. Alhamdhulillah hanging on. Hasbiyallah

My father is saying me that I should have that much positivity in myself to change them in a positive manner because they are my relatives. But, whenever I am with them I am surrounded with negativity and feel anxious. I want to cut ties with them, mean not hanging out with them much, sometimes only for my self protection because I have noticed I am also having some negative traits in me because of them. But he doesn't allow me to cut ties with them and want me to change them, But i am worried that I am going to change by them.

No. Never do that it's not your responsinilty to change them, only thing you can do it maintain ties by asking them about their wellbeing, as long as you aren't cutting ties with them you're good to go and not sinful. Yes, I agree being around toxic environment consumes you and takes away all your goodness, but run away from the things that aren't in your control. Concentrate on your future and cut of all the toxicity from your life.

Assalamu Alaikum! I heard an Islamic talk in which the speakers mentioned not to cut relations but also not to put yourself in harm’s way. They mentioned that when dealing with problem relatives, the less you deal with them the better. The bare minimum is when you see them, give them Salam or wish them a happy Eid. That is it. You do not have to be around them. In Islamic law, this is not cutting off relations. Islam teaches you to not lose your dignity or to “bend over backwards.”

Family ties are vitally important because they shape or form our future.. we should gather with them..and make it a point that they feel recognised and reassured every time we come connect with dem.. no matter,if you fail to become a part of the family nd feel neglected, they should be the ones who consider u as their family.. The fourth reason's example is very strange. Why would the one trying to connect be cut off from their relative? It sounds like the one trying to "connect" is harrassing and abusing their relative to such an extent, they decided to cut off because they were being harmed beyond their soul's capacity.

I don't know her situation completely but still completely cutting off your kinship ties is never advisable and realistically speaking it is also impossible. Yes, you can maintain as much distance as possible, limit interaction with them, sue them if they abuse you physically, damage your property, or reputation, and many other such cases. You should definitely speak up for yourself, take a stand for yourself, never tolerate injustice. But Islam doesn't allow you to completely cut off ties from your blood relations (mainly your siblings, and parents) If everyone starts making such harsh decisions over conflicts then the world would be a more disastrous place to live! There'll only be hate and no compromises and patience at all! Again I'm not saying you should keep enduring such happenings with patience and never retaliate, that would also be an ideal and impracticable situation. You try to find a balance to keep your mind at peace.

I'm the elder brother, my family don't gave respect me as coz I'm elder one but they want me to do things for them coz I'm elder. And my family look at me as negative person and their behavior make me aggressive and i do fight verbally. Secondly I don't know mind games how to do games in family .coz in my life i never been socializing person I'm too straight forward i don't make links. I don't know someone did sehr , or my behavior is not good or my family is toxic. But i feel negativity from them whenever i see thier faces. I have never had good relationship with my father due to his behavior and secondly due to my mama coz i was mama boy and she always use to say bad about my father. So i get close to my mother but their during my bad time instead of supporting me and understanding me i see my mother selfishness and even feel her toxic behavior when i didn't fulfil her will. I had very bad friends and then parents and siblings i lose trust in any relationship in my life and i don't know much about people coz I don't socialize, I'm a sensitive, innocent and Nieve person don't know how to survive, how to deal I'm really weak person, sometime i wish i was not born, why god created me, I can't survive in this world , how i would be a good father and husband with such personality so sometimes i decide that i would not marry I don't give my Childerns and wife sensitive weak father and husband. I got many loses in my life coz I don't know what is right for me , people come and gave me advice and i do according to them but later i face consequences. I don't have anyone in my life to share my problems and get guidance and I can't trust anyone like i have seen my parents. I don't know what would be in future i fait that in future maybe i suicide but I don't want to do coz here in this my life is not good it's totally ruined i haven't enjoy my childhood and adulthood but I don't want to ruin my life after death. Any good Soul who is reading this please pray for me maybe god listen yours.

And my relatives i don't know them no one and they don't know me even if i contact them we don't know each other so how do I contact someone who doesn't even know me i grew up with my mom and didn't meet my relatives. Which is complicated. I badly wanted to help or contact my relatives my they're not good as I heard the only thing they do when they call my older siblings is they ask them to send money only money which i hate it so much.😢😢

I have a question. My father side did sihr on my father to have an affair. I can’t explain the whole story anyways, he cutted ties with them for 4 years but unfortunately they talk again, now those family keep asking money to my father for personal things despite all of their children succeed, all of them have a job, and my dad is the only one who is working for MY FAMILY. I convinceD my dad sometimes that they have money so why would he give them even when they have a jobs but he always said “cuz they don’t have money” like ????? They have 5 cars mashallah and few of them are brand new, but idk why he keep saying that, it makes me feel so emotional and frustrated about life, sometimes satan gave me negative thinking about how I wish he was not my father when I was born. I love my father so much but I can’t control him nor my mom. I did dua for my dad’s guidance but it didn’t happen.

Allah knows best, as the video is saying if it harms you and changing you for the worse, make dua for him to obtain hidayah but don't stay there if this affecting your relationship with Allah and your obedience to him. SubhanAllah. I hope you get the relief soon inshaAllah. I spoke to a Muslim psychologist and I sought opinions of Muslims leaders in the community. They all had different perspectives and so combined all of that advice and asking Allah for help with the situation was the way forward for me just to deal with the pain. I still haven't confronted my family but I pray to Allah that when or if I do, to be patient and not lose my mind and lash out at them. It's a trick of shaytan to cause severance of ties. My family are not even worth mentioning that's how much they've hurt me.

Your mother is your mother to the end of time. even if she isnt a muslima, even if she does the unimaginable, even if she ( astaghfirullah ) does zina or .... she is your family.
