I think this is a good video to introduce the neighborhoods but you should do a companion video showing the housing and avg prices in each area

It would have been interesting to know the medium rent prices for each neighbourhood

Good video - but I think you left off the St. Lawrence Market Neighbourhood, Distillery District and the Canary District. These neighbourhoods are a 10-20 minute walk to Canada's economic engine - the Financial District - and entertainment centres of the west end. So ultimately these districts/neighbourhoods are great for those working or enjoying entertainment downtown and who want to walk home. PLUS these true downtown neighbourhoods have more local parks woven into them than many of the downtown west-end neighbourhoods featured in your video. With so many new condos and towns currently in these east downtown/lakefront areas, prospective buyers/renters really need to know more about them for viable living options.

Great feedback! Maybe I'll do a Part 2 with these neighborhoods!

I live near here at Yonge and Harbour. To me it's the perfect spot. We have St Lawrence, harbourfront, financial district etc all within a very short walk. Lovely views of the lake and islands, and it just feels a bit quieter down this side. Then when we want the busy city life, restaurants etc we are a 15 minute walk. Access to streetcar and the 1 at Union. Possibly biased, but I love this part of the city

I'm surprised you missed the "bedroom quadrant" bounded by Bay St (W), Scollard (N), Yonge (E) and Gerrard (S) where new mixed-use high-rise condos have mushroomed over the past decade. One Bloor West (under construction as of 2022) will be the tallest building in Canada.

I used to live in Toronto from 1995,I could find apt even if you are on welfare, right now someone else both city, Canadians can't live even if they work 2 jobs, I love Toronto, I miss him, I moved in Balkan, I don't like it, but I can't survive in Toronto any more. I'm elektrician, I used to do roofing, construction, was manager in club and security for 15 years, I have security and private investigation services licence, smart serve, health care course, what else I need to get a job and pay everything to live in Toronto? Shame on guvermant and Canadian people who are not for their fellow citizens Who ever say go in cheap city, you go where you came from, that's my city, I was paying taxes for you and your free health care, you have no right to say it Canada to Canadians, everybody alse in cheap city's How long will take refugees for, why we need them, we have enough Canadians We sold our country, shame on Canada

you talk about Riverdale and all you did was just saying there's greek and china town and close to major highway 😂 ? that's it? seriously? Riverdale is famous and worth to live because it's WALKABLE not to mention having a park that can view the entire skyline , Riverdale is known for walkability and not meant for car to roam 24/7.
