Those metallic red condor axe are visually stunning. Red is my favorite color anyway. I own a few sets of the Condor Axe (all clear color) in both Axe and Zero Stress version. The zero stress are a bit odd as they completely bend out of the way when grouped tight. I do however prefer the Axe version for the stiffness. I have the Small and Pear shape and need to get some slim’s. Before I tried the Condors I was very skeptical due to them being a flight / shaft combo. I have always had separate shafts and flights. Now that I have the condor axe for a while they are the only things I buy! ❤

Great informational video. I think they look great. The drawback for me is I have a bunch of folded flights to work through. Once those run low I’ll give Condors a try.

I am a Condor Axe fan... Bought 10 sets of short small standard and 2 sets of medium small standard... I have been using only one set for 6 months now... 😁 And now I will be buying this metallic one's. Thanks for the review... 😁

Just ordered the reds a couple days ago, already have had the silver and champagne for several weeks. I do like the solid color, but have the clear, white, black,blue and red gradient. Just like different colors for different darts. Also have had neons for several months now.

Nice looking setup with the black & red. I have Ruthless Winners 21g from Darts Corner that are relatively inexpensive ,around $31. Also have the red condors in clear on them. Looks similar to your darts here. Just curious if you've ever reviewed Ruthless before. Great reviews Thx

I use Trident 180 nose cones and have not worn a Condor flight in `18 months. I have torn one flight by crushing it in an overfilled case but no damage form play besides a few marks from insane grouping.

Funny reasons why you like the condor 😂...... I use these beautiful metallic gold small on my golden 'Dennis Priestley' and 'John Lowe' + golden target firestorm points....and they look AWESOME 🤪

I have the metallic red ones paired with the gold smooth Aaron Beeney darts with mission points. I was surprised by how hard the flights are. This setup should be good for life. 😂 I do like the flights and I’m sure this won’t be my last set.

I'm an Axe convert. Of course they HAVE to be matched with specialty points/nosecones. For me, the speed of the Axes made me switch to the long ones, so be sure to buy all 3 lengths to experiment with. My only quibble is with availability. AZ Darts seems to have them but want TWENTY DOLLARS for a set.

I have some condor zero stress flight/shaft combo which I found where too flimsy and catapulted the dart out of the board whilst grouping. I never gave too much thought about the barrel to point shoulder, (thanks for sharing that point) although I do prefer a tapered barrel front end and the front of my barrels have a taper towards the point leaving around 0.032" lip (0.8mm). If those Condor Axe are more rigid than the zero stress then I might give them a try, they would certainly help with my robin hood problem. Good review, nice sharp dart board image there too. Might I enquire as to the camera you have set up on the dart board?

Yeah, get yourself some specialty points and it's a day and night difference. The deflections are just about completely eliminated. Not to mention your flights will last now last months and months. The board camera is a Samsung Galaxy Flip 4. I have a Logi Streamcam pointing at me.

Another great benefit of Condor Axe is that if your darts land upright and hit the treble, you can just throw and tne flight to deflect it in the treble.

I always get the best deflections with Condors. Almost every time I group the darts tight it seems like the flights assist in a good way.

Question for you. I saw the review earlier when you first showed the Axe flights I think the zero stress and the neon. I think the zero stress was a little flimsier than the neon. How do the metallics stack up? More Neon side I suppose. Just checking. Great video as usual. Keep showing that darts can be affordable and just as good as the 'PRO' darts. Thank you sir.

I love Condor Axe but like you say you need at least a One80 dart, trident nose cone or a speciality point because otherwise in no time they are damaged.

been throwing condor axe for a few years now and i will say i will never buy this version of them again. for some reason the gold sets i bought would all crack where the flight meets the shaft. i went through 3 sets of them so fast. the neon yellows and clears i usually throw never break there and last me for months before i just switch them out. condors for life!

I used the silvers pearl metallic in small for a bit. Gone over to the neons now in pink. Only standard I've found that are as quick to the board as kites with the stability of the standard.

Have a set of the condor zera stress just to try them but found them a little to flexible and have had one get a kink in one of the wings so am going to try the axe next

The lighter weight barrels under 20 grams tend to fall out of used boards. Especially the bulls eye. What points do you suggest for an intermediate Enthusiast? You have a stronger amazing throw that i can not replicate so i tend to use 23g'$ and up to 26 but im not sure what lenth on pointd to try out?

Do you think the sniper pro points would be ideal in helping limit the damage to the condors? Finger sits where the trident cone would go see so don’t want to be using the cones as it would affect my grip, the sniper pro points seen to have a bit of a storm point design up until the grooves.

They would help but the Ripple points would probably be better. Unless of course you're looking for a fingertip grip.

Are you talking about Swiss points? Those can only be used with Target darts. They do make regular Storm points that can be used on any dart

Been throwing them with soft and steel tip for almost 6 months. Love them for steel tip. Not so sure about soft tip. I’m a light thrower and I get some real goofy deflections lol

I love the idea of these but don't know how well they would survive with me. I bought 2 sets of L Flights and both were good for me. They both got very beat up on the back but one set actually ripped from the bottom up. I've never had that happen to my normal flights. Maybe it was a bad set and I know they make thicker ones but I don't wanna spend $20 or more on flights and shafts.

I agree! I have both. Love the looks of the axe neon but they are a little too stiff and I’m getting deflections. The zero stress are to “spongy” for me. The l-style are right in the middle. The flights flex just enough in tight groups. I prefer the metal champagne caps. I’ve had Robin Hoods with the ez style. We are lucky to have so many choices!

@@mrs8306 That's a bummer. I've been lucky, throw 1-2 hours a day and have had the flights about 8 months without any rips. I wonder if the weight of the dart and how hard the throw is contribute to that. I throw 22/23g with a medium to hard throw. I've had robsons rip on me but not the l-style so far

When i use condors they dont hit the board straight always with an angle when i use my normal shafts and flights they hit the board straight so for me they dont work

I've been using the same set on my match darts since the first review I did. It's been months now. They do get surface scratches but that's it. It all comes down to what the front of your darts look like and what points you have
