they are dreaming i live here in bohol panglao island and alone beach is a ghost town rent prices today very nice rooms 10k peso per month bamboo oasis asking 17k paso per month 10 units available now nice pool !!!! and prices are still falling fast construction at a stand still and people are not working this thing is not going to end anytime soon

I lived and stayed in 3 of those Malinawon apartments for the last 3 years and at first they were ok but the Swiss or Swedish guys who own it were like a gay couple stopping people from swimming in the pool and charging extra to even enter the pool. It's not a nice vibe here very dull and boring I think they cater for the gay Swedish man then ok but will charge you or visitors for pool entrance. Also only Pilsen 150 per bottle very bad price for a zero entertainment resort nothing happens here just smug blonde Europeans looking at each other. I was there when generator fitted and did not work many brown outs do not buy here I know Chinese and English who i rent off advise do not enter business here there are better locations as its so far to walk to Alona or restaurants. All in all visit here but look around and go to Needa's bbq turn right out of this bad place walk 100 metres then on the left at corner you'll find it she knows panglao and can get you deal on land or property
