I'd argue it's the strongest of scout's 3 new overclocks. Anything marked for death can do, this can do even better because you can apply it to every enemy you fight and your maximum damage multiplier is far higher. The only downside is that it's somewhat restricting on what secondary you can run it with (there's no reason to ever run it with zhukovs).

@@squiddler7731 Zhuk's T5A is electric damage bonus, so it gets boosted by CT. But yeah, it's probably not that much.
