Honestly, I do not see if as impatient unless they honk several times for you to turn, normally just a time saver, but yes if waiting long enough, impatient, because I am watching them and the intersection, usually they have had plenty of time to go and I could have gone by then and been on my merry way if they turned right, so I can completely see why, I don't honk at people for it, at least not yet. I would rather not have the chance of being in traffic from the opposing side when I could be further along the line by right turning on a red.

Question: traffic signal lights are down for reconstruction so they put 4 way stop in an intersection with a dedicated right lane/ slip lane with a yield sign. Question is I am turning right in a slip lane, should i make a full stop? Or just continue rolling if it's clear and follow the yield sign? If there's no panel indicating otherwise, yes. And if turning right on red is allowed where you're driving too, obviously.
