Thank you for this video. I find this really spikes for me at Christmas. I always have such fond memories of it and the anxiety always mounts for me at this time which is a shame. I want to avoid it, but at the same time i dont want thoughts stuck in my mind between now and over Christmas. Any advice/encouragement much appreciated.
