Matt Johnston I worked at a bank for half a decade, tellers don't give a shit. they don't pay attention and aren't trained. they just keep passing fake bills from customer to customer to cover their possible loss. once a customer leaves the bank with the money and come back with a claim of a fake bill the manager comes out, makes up some bullshit as to why they can't take it and pass the loss to the customer. That he counter-fitted a foreign currency was one of his better choices. There is more to the story. The US turned the case over to Canada.
