Owami. You said, “ because you have a deep father wound, you will attract wounded men.” Not sure how you meant it. However, I implore you to not speak like that on your life. Claim that you will have a healthy and mentally available man who will treat you right. Evey women is deserving of it, despite our struggles. I hope you don’t receive this is the wrong way. ❤

I don't usually comment here,But I love the woman you becoming sesi Owami I've been following you way before the divorce, what I noticed is that you and your husband had a good marriage and it does not mean you won't go through challenges.The stories you used to share with us of what was happening was really painful,as a 28 year what I observed with romantic relationships we are projecting our trauma ,we respond at the point of trauma,a lot of problems you had in your marriage had to do with individual childhood trauma,even when the cheating happened, I think you should have seek a wise counsel not necessarily to deal with it but the root cause of it,you may find that your ex husband was battling his own traumas and fears. I think you both needed counseling individual so,you will realise that there was an issue of Identity crisis,you did know yourselves hence marriage consumed both you I love you sis Owam you are a strong woman♥️

I'm talking from experience I had a Varsity sweetheart I did most of the things you use to mention in your stories, from rescuing him,taking care of him as if I was his wife,I was bitter when we broke ,I called him names,even a narcissistic until one day I prayed about our relationship coz I didn't have peace ,I realised that I had personal issues that affected our relationship, from having an absent father,me controlling and gaslighting him and not wanting to be told what to do,I realised I partly destroyed our relationship, I prayed about it and God intervened guy reached out and told me about his fears,what was going in his mind and what controlled him that time ,we made peace and I felt realived, I love you sis Owam you are a strong woman️

It’s up to you what you want your child to know and when. My kids knew about death from when they could hear me speak. They knew about racism at the same time. As soon as they were born, nothing and no topic has been off limits.

I think it's right to tell kids about death but the physical part of it. It's not okay to lie about the spiritual element of telling them they go to heaven. Although kids are very inquisitive and understanding, i just limit to the physical aspect of death.

Hey Owamie, o don’t think your weight loss goal is being petite cause you are naturally a big bone woman. And beautifully so. What I’ve found to work is jogging, it doesn’t require too much commitment such as gym membership. A treadmill can help. 30 minutes a day will do you good. A digital watch helps with inspiration,and consistency as you can see your daily progress and ring goals. Please try that for now, I’ll also help clear your mind. The rest you’ll add on when you are ready. Lots of love 🥰
@SibsM93Ай бұрын
I agree. Jogging is the easiest and quickest way to lose weight. Once you reach that goal you can build up your food diet, your gym or exercise routine in terms of building muscle and toning, etc.
