Thank you Dr. for showing me how not to be arrogant. I wasn't proud of myself for what I did, I keep making the same mistake over and over again. I accidently made a harsh speech for my Dad, I wasn't being being careful for what was I thinking, didn't control my actions and hurt people's feelings. I don't wanna hurt anybody.

Thank you Dr. Granholm! I’ve been looking for a way to have an honest look at myself without using terms that imply judgement like “strengths” and “weakness”. Your phrases “who you are and who you are not” exemplify just that. Until watching this, I saw myself as having weaknesses that need fixing and that’s a tough way to approach honest introspection.
