Sir had a confusion that i think that case in which you said less stable.. one hydrogen of methyl which is in equatorial position show interaction with phenyl hydrogen and another hydrogen of methyl group show interaction with hydrogen of 2nd position which is in equatorial.... and in same configuration ortho hydrogen of phenyl which in axial position show interaction with axial hydrogen of 5th and 6th position....??? I know u r right according to books...and i already mugg-up this... But i have this question if you know reason behind this..please explain me..

Sir ..in the exception of 1,1 disubstituted ..phenyl part ..if methyl group is nt there simply hydrogen is present then phenyl at equatorial will b stable na ???
