He speaks English... they play that "Speak no English" game so they can pretend they don't know what you are saying and you will leave them alone. I personally avoid Love's like the plague as they are typically what I refer to as being "a sh1t show". At that location the line for the fuel pumps (where 8 out of 10 trucks are sitting at the pumps NOT fueling) is out to the road. Unfortunately, that's the nearest truck stop to me that does DOT inspections so I have to go there at least once a year.
