Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate whether or not we’re going into a recession and precisely when it’s going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.

Since the crash, I've been in the red. I’m playing the long term game, so I'm not too worried but Jim Cramer mentioned there are still a lot of great opportunities, though stocks has been down a lot. I also heard news of a guy that made $250k from about $110k since the crash and I would really look to know how to go about this.

why is it considered hating when people honestly saw Cardone & his wife's true nature at the start of the pandemic. They were like we need to swim, let's throw these employees off our yacht. Dude sacked his loyal staff, for me that showed his character, character reveals itself under stress. They wouldn't give up that plane then, and from this interview him and the fam is still obsessing about that plane now. I think Tyson went away and thought this guy is not a Real G... and we all know Tyson keeps it REAL.

My Wife has her masters degree in education. She has been a school teacher for many years. We home school all our sons(only have sons). I tell you, you don't need a masters degree to teach your kids at home. You do need a bit of help with curriculum and a plan, and that is readily available. I mean, no one should try and create the school work from scratch. Now a days you can also get your local school district to "give " you some of your tax money back for school expenses. All that being said, don't look down at home school/ home school kids anymore. If you want to follow "the systems" plan for being a minimum wage earner for life, by all means have your kids go to public school. If you want them to 10x their education from the start, consider home school

22:50 - Though it may not make grocery prices any cheaper, there is enormous pressure now to level down the CPI index, which is basically what most journalists and policy-makers look to get a current snapshot of inflation generally. 1/3rd of that CPI index is shelter cost: rents, home sales prices, and “owner’s equivalent rent.” On another level, there’s enormous real anxiety about growth of rents in the smaller and non-coastal metropolitan areas. These issues have consistently punctuated what election pollsters are attempting to measure. There is pressure there on politicians, public officials, and the Fed to do what they think they can leverage to tamp down inflation, and they look to interest rates as a thing in the tool box.
