@@Archdog where does the "40%yeild" come from? to my understanding Richard says your 40%yeild is created out of nowhere and given to you as a reward for locking your investment. For example in a interest account in the bank you deposit money and the bank uses that money to make more money and they give you a portion of the profit in the form of the interest. In Hex' case the "interest" is being created out of nowhere. Not calling it a scam just trying to understand why some people who are saying that think that.

Some of the things Kevin asked were spot on, however, Richard cannot disclose everything so easily when the SEC is hovering over so many crypto projects. Richard is a long term strategist and can miss out on sharing delicate information that would be benefical for this interview to maintain his long term strategy. Richard is very direct in what he says but speaks the truth. Not everyone likes the style, but everyone can learn from what he has to say. Rewatch the stream and start doing your own research. If Richard publicly says that he owns the OA, HEX would be a security according to the Howie test and would immediately be treated as such. You'd have to be an accredited investor to acquire it, including all the hassle of KYC procedures etc. All of the things that crypto was invented to get rid of.
