Take care :) PLAN FOR MONDAY: I’ve decided against putting a bet out so early for tomorrow, even if it does look good, mainly due to the potential of lots of NR’s but also because not quite happy enough to put anything out. I’ve located the most obvious races to attack tommorow and find some bigger prices but it was only a quick check and it’s only 4pm on Sunday so the situation may look vastly different by the morning (but I won’t be checking the racing now until Tuesday evening) I would generally speaking hold off placing the bet until after receiving BOG, and once you’re happy that we won’t lose place terms due to NR’s. 16+ handicaps: 2:00 Gowran Park 3:30 Gowran Park 4:00 Gowran Park 4:30 Gowran Park Bad each ways: 1:55 Plumpton ( This looks to be a great race at an early glance ) Perhaps if any viewers find an EW Lucky15 or a trixie or single they like from these races, then could post them here in the comments. Remember you are here for the community, but the community is here for you as well mate, I’m not afraid to say I’m also in a daily battle with my mind. I’m a veteran from the RAF and got PTSD, anxiety, depression blah blah blah, but I think I’ve mentioned it to you before. And I know there are a few on here in the same boat. So I think you being able to to the vids almost daily is fantastic, because I know I couldn’t, so you are definitely helping people, including me, yes we would all like to win every day but most know that isn’t possible, but when we do win it’s a bonus, so keep doing what your doing mate. I really do feel for people with PTSD or or anxiety or depression (which I’ve never had) because with me I should be absolutely fine if sleep enough and stick to a routine.
