Preposition has been still making me so difficult so far, sometimes with, at, of, in, on, etc 😂

It's really difficult at the beginning with the prepositions. I'd suggest you pay attention to what words these prepositions are following; for example, I'm "tired of" wasting money on gambling. Another tip is to seek how and when to use them. Anyway, I hope my tips make it easier for you to understand prepositions.

@@corinthiansfiel5510 thanks for giving me advice anyway 👍 I'll try and learn more and more, but yeah still i find it so difficult 😁 hoping that, as time goes by I'd succeed in addressing it 🤔 English is my second language, and i've been learning by myself, in shorts by autodidactic, nobody's here in my hometown i could speak with in english 🤦🏻‍♂️ moreover in my country indonesia it's much more difficult to learn english , it feels like it's challenging, the culture itself is much much moch more different 😁 but I'm committed to learning it through online apps, especially youtube, once again thank you bro 🙏

can we use : " how lot of ..x..tings ? " as question rather than : how many or how much

It is my long time question why The Carpenters didn't sing "a lot of life ahead" instead of "so much of life ahead". It's in the lyrics of We've Only Just Begun, which is supposed to mean "We've got a long way to go" as was used in the Crocker Bank's TV CM, appealing to newly married couples. Because of the negative conotations, it bothers me thinking of the hidden dark message: Once you settled in, there's only so much left to do in your lives; just to reproduce and die like a cicada! Come borrow at our bank for your mortgage!

"A lot of life ahead" means there are many days ahead. "So much of life ahead" means there are so many days ahead - it's unbelievable how many. "Only so much of life ahead" means there's a limited number of days ahead.
