I really love this game when I was a kid. Took me aroung 40-50 mins to finish the game. Its a japanese version titled "Tatakae Genshijin".

It is. Tatakae Genshijin is the japanese title of the series, which translates to "Caveman Ninja" - so Congo's Caper is Caveman Ninja 2.

DracXBelmont Tatakae Genshijin translates to Fighting Caveman. Caveman Ninja, I believe, was the European subtitle for the series. (Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja)
