Nope didn't work, app doesn't detect my tv. This is the most frustrating endeavor ever I've tried like a 1000 different apps looked at different ways on my tv none of them work 👿

Same here, in 2022, my phone can't find my TV. What makes it even weirder is that i can cast the youtube app no problem, my tv immediately shows up in there. But on android screen cast, nothing.

Before I connect to the TV my TV is in WiFi mode, but my phone isn't, the second it connects my phone also goes to WiFi. My data is way faster, is there a way to leave it in Data instead of WiFi??
