I'm a little late but today I decided to ride my bike to the lake and take my shoes off so I can put my toes in the sand and dip them in the water and tell the earth how much I love an appreciate it and as I was talking to the earth I was just washed by a wave of emotions and started crying and I was not expecting that at all, it's crazy how power the universe and the earth and even myself could be, I definitely recommend taking time to spend quality time with the earth💚🌎

Hehe, yesterday was the first time in years I could look at the midday sun without strain and I just noticed "Hey, we're the same frequency of consciousness!" That was right after watching you for the first time, so props tae ye :) Also, what you're saying about the Earth is so true. It's really what I've been lacking. Being the sunlight that impregnates the Earth with love. I've been holding this solar consciousness buzzing around my system for years now without grounding properly due to physical pain and this is exactly what I needed. I'm so relieved someone understands. I feel like I can die now, meaning relax and not have to strain towards Awakening like I used to. Such an amazing teaching about pee and poo as well... On my second ayahuasca journey I got the message that it is because of our insecurities and our shame that we don’t want to identify with god or see our divine nature. Shame has the function to keep us small and show us how mortal we are. I think humans do that because it is too much responsibility to feel divine. So they create insecurities so they feel less than god so they are less responsible for their lives. I don’t know if that makes sense for anyone but that were some of the insights that I got. Yes, I got insights about the shame around pooping and it all was still sacred, everything is still sacred.

What grounds me is to allow myself to be an animal. I think as humans we often forget that we are still animals. Its also about feeling wild again. Playing like an animal ,fighting like an animal(in a loving way of cause), eating like an animal. This is also very funny. You can even solve conflicts like animals (please dont hurt each other). Fun fact: Bonobos solve conflicts with Sex. :D
