So much for ticketing for seatbelts. There was an obstruction in the road people were swerving around and a cop writes me a ticket for no seatbelt.. with traffic still swerving in the rear view. Need to get back to keeping the peace instead of disturbing it.

You do realize that driving is a priviledge, and as such is subject to State regulation.
