thanks for this, followed the directions with my fractal pedal and still couldn't get it to work,..it sorta works but is really jum py or doesn't work at all..tried different cables as well..any tips?

So I unfortunately had the same issue with my fractal pedal. Calibrating the low and high part of the sweep helped a bit but it still wasn’t ideal. The Mission Engineering one worked much better

What pedal would you recommend for the volume pedal?

So I’m a fan of mission engineering. If you are just using it for volume, then I would get the SP-1. This one is the “Line6 version” - amzn.to/3QpLlxY That’s on Amazon but shop around until you find a price you like. Reverb might have some good ones used
