Connecting rod wobble

uhm this is looking normal???when it heats up the rod will expand and the play will be almost gone....it has to have space to expand

The crank pin and both rods have to be changed on that one

To be honest...that doesn't look very excessive. A little play is normal.

Side to side is ok, But he is moving only top part not whole rod axially to crank pin left and right - it is a twist movement - not good

you must work at a Harley dealership... anything that rubs, grinds, drips, smokes, sways, etc... is 'normal'. WRONG- that rod has way too much lateral play. The crankpin rollers, and / or the crankpin itself is bad. The cases need to be split and the flywheel assembly removed, the flywheel separated and then the crankpin / rod assembly disassembled.

Harley Sportster manual calls for 3/64 side play on male rod when setting up the rod rollers. That side play is way excessive.
