I did this and met loki. He had long red hair, a beard, mustache, green eyes and a long skinny face. He told me he was proud of me and that I am a real boy and worth it and to remember that. We also huged. This was amazing.

So here is my experience... I felt really drawn to Hekate and Aphrodite, so I did this meditation to get the answer. When you said to imagine door, I didn't see any doors in the darknes, I saw cave opening even before you said "tunnel, staircase or cave"... I walked down, and even before you mentioned warm light, I saw orange light... when i got there, I saw a bridge and lava pouring on the walls by both sides. In front of me there was a huge door that opened when I got close. Then for a second i saw the faces, just like mythology represents Hekate. I knew it was her, but I asked for a name anyway.... and I got Hekate, in strong, dominant female voice. It was pronounced different than I pronounced it. I asked her does she wants to work with me in the future, and I got "No, now!" . I said "Thank you", and I kneeled, but she told me to stand up. Once again I expressed my gratitude and left. I was 100% sure I would meet Aphrodite, but it was clearly Hekate.

I use this to fall asleep to as that's the easiest way for me to connect with a deity. I haven't made a breakthrough yet, but I will continue on trying and believe I'll make connections eventually, it just takes time and patience!

I went into this clearing with flowers and saw a man standing there with long black hair and a crown and I walked up to him and just knew it was hades. He hugged me and I started crying. Asked him to give me a sign in the physical realm completely forgot that I did that and when I came back I looked and my incense had went out and I made sure that it was burning good before I started. I feel so motivated and happy. Thank you for this meditation because I was so lost on how to start my spiritual journey with deities.❤❤

i felt apollo, he had golden, wavy hair and he was waving at me with a very happy face as if he was excited to see me as well. i immediately felt like i was missing his presence for long long time and i felt so happy i almost teared up. he gave me a thick, green bracelet and a perfectly shaped apple and i accepted it with gratitude. i also heard viva la vida by coldplay, i listened to that song today and it made me cry from joy maybe it has a connection, not sure. we sat down on a bench and he said that he was always there for me and i instantly remembered yesterday the sun was so bright on my face and i felt so safe and beautiful, when it was time to go i really didn't wanted to cause i felt so happy and loved and safe. he smiled so bright and said he was happy to work with me. its my first time going to work with a deity, im so excited he keeps me so safe.

I am very new to deity worship/work but I have been very called to doing it, I first thought it was Hecate or Hades been then I started looking into Apollo, researching him, doing little prayers, when you mentioned the staircase, my staircase instantly appeared all white and shiny but it was going up and glowing, leading to the sun, I remember a ball of yellow light following me and walking into a beautiful field with plants, sunflowers and a stream of water and a hawk that kept flying over me, I saw a man I believe was Apollo or Apollon, I asked him questions to make sure it was him and then I thanked him and asked him if I should do more with my practice and he said yes. I then told him to show me some signs after I wake up to confirm that it was him and when I opened my eyes the first thing I see is the sun in a painting , a sunflower on a piece of a coloring book paper, a lion on a pot and some bay leaves that I almost didn’t notice. I know no one is gonna read this whole thing but this just made me very happy and secure and I had to express it!

i saw two deities, actually- Mothers Brigid and Áine!! we met in this nice lil garden with a fountain, and They were both so lovely!! i've met Brigid before but this was my first time meeting Áine- She held my face so gently and i swear i just felt so warm and loved 😭 i loved every second of that meditation, They were so helpful and They asked me to meditate when i could to talk with Them again, and They'd always be there if i needed Them!! They told me that connection with friends and creativity was the best method for healing from what im going thru right now, because it's like a protective shield from the bad thoughts

I was trying to reach out to Aphrodite during this meditation, during this meditation i started acting out instructions as if i already knew what to do, i felt a sensation in my chest and stomach that i let stay with me throughout the meditation. when i reached my destination, there was a field of flowers and a waterfall and the whole time i thought of my favorite color, pink. i felt warm and tingly and when i finally saw her i cried, i felt warm and i smiled and bowed to her as a sign of respect and we shared a short embrace. I asked for a lot of things, I asked for answers and signs, and she just smiled at me and i felt as if i was receiving love and acceptance from an older sister or a mother, i didn’t get any clear answers, i believe this is because my mind is a bit muddled because of my adhd but she accepted me regardless and before i left she took my hand and brushed my knuckles as if everything would be okay and i would get all my answers in time. i believe since i have only just started my work with her that this is why my answers were not as clear as i wanted, but as i type this i am accepting it’s not necessarily about my wants but what i need and what aphrodite knows i need.

This was amazing. I found my way to this pavilion full of gold roses and purple flowers hanging on vines, pillars everywhere. As soon as I crossed the door I began to cry, I felt so safe and as I walked through the area I saw a beautiful figure waiting for me. Hera, she has been sending me signs for a bit now and she was so welcoming. She took my hand and we sat and talked. She was so lovely I couldn’t believe it. I plan to do this again

Thank you for this meditation. I was able to meet King Set up close for once, I even asked him if he liked my virtual altar, which apparently he did. Which is good, as I wasn't sure if virtual altars really "counted". I feel appreciative of you and your creation of this meditation. Thank you. For more information on my experience, I found the stairs to be made of a dark red stone. In the door, which was made of solid gold, I found myself in a red desert, and in the distance I could not see, but felt a presence. A powerful, masculine presence. When I asked him to show me what he looked like, an image immediately popped into my head. He looked just like the depictions in the ancient Egyptian pictures. Muscular, dark brown skin, in the clothes of a Pharoah, and the head of a black, long-snouted, long-eared animal that I cannot yet identify.

I meditated and saw Loki. He is truly look at what they say in the Norse Mythology: Tall, handsome, red hair and also wearing such fine Asgardian clothing (Not the MCU one but accurate, he keeps making himself shirtless lmao) I fangirl a little, introduce myself and bow. Then, I share a little with him about related to my shadow work with him, because he wants to know. Then, he gave an advice about it, and it's so awesome! He told me he is truly reaching out to me and the one and only. Damn, i live this meditation! Loki's energy is very chaotic, intense, and very fun ! ❤

I went into a beautiful forest and artemis showed me around. I mentioned my love for frogs and she talked about deer and we shared some interests. I offered to work with her and she agreed. I told her to show me a symbol of a deer when she needed me. 10/10!

this is my first time trying one of these. recently i had felt pulled towards Artemis, so i decided to try to reach out to her to see if she was the one sending me signs. i made my way through a beautiful meadow before reaching a clearing in the woods where a beautiful woman sat next to a pond, playing a golden harp. she was so gentle and kind to me, despite not saying anything to me. her eyes were so soft and she was so warm when i hugged her. i know very little about mythology so i researched what i saw afterwards, and now i’m certain it was Aphrodite. i feel so blessed that she reached out to me like this. i can’t wait to work with her more

As a beginner at this stuff this really helped me! Even though I did not get any responses from my deity which is totally normal, I still had a vision that I was standing in a field and it was sunsetting near a highway where I saw Aphrodite. She was wearing a pink and white dress and I could only vision that and not her face unfortunately. I did ask her at the end to politely give me a sign whenever she feels ready to me. I also started to cry when I saw that light so I am not sure if that is normal. Thanks so much!

The first time i did this meditation, i had met Zeus in a forest Though, this second time i dont know who i ran into, it was in a garden, she was beautiful, a soothing presence and voice, i never got a name.. but she had something about her that was blue, i kept getting the color blue, and a beautiful woman with long dark hair, as i left i felt drawn back to her and couldnt get her picture out of my head But i just dont know who she could be

for personal reasons, i will not say any specifics - but an interaction between me and my desired deity really felt special. an experience unlike any other ive felt before. it went as so; i asked, “what makes a man?” (for context, i have struggled with self worth and finding myself) to which i got the answer “a man is one whose heart is both free and pure.” although it may seem like nothing much, to me it felt relieving and almost like a sign of hope. it even brought me to tears. this truly was a fantastic experience, and i appreciate deeply the work you have put into this to allow me to feel such emotion.

walking in the darkness, i saw stairs leading down to a mossy cave through the brown wooden door, a vast feild of flowers open, white, pinkpurple, yellow, orange. an aray of colors (mostly tulips). and a dirt path leadinging to this big giant green tree. soon after i saw mother gaia. she was a pale green, long green curly hair and her eyes were this indescribable blue green. she had a white flowy gown and her palms facing twords me by her side. i immediately started crying. i felt loved and warm and welcomed in her presence. i embraced her and it was the most beautiful hug ive ever experienced. i asked her to show me a sign it was her and she brought a male child from behind her back. this child had brown hair and was about half her height. she smiled at me, we looked at the sky, the trees and saw the distance of flowers. no words were spoken. we just smiled at each other in silence. we waved goodbye and i turned back around and retraced my steps, down the dirt path, through the wooden door and back down the mossy cave, up the stairs and back to the darkness. then i returned to myself

Hermes is my Patron God. I saw myself and him in a place, looking quite green and lush, with a clean flowing river beside me. He, for some reason was either standing in the river or flying above it. I greeted him with a hug, and confirmed that he had recieved my offerings!

I’m genuinely crying. This was the best experience of my life. I’ve been trying to contact a deity, and this meditation worked, 10/10. I was in a lush forest with a weeping willow and a sand path, and at the end of the path was a woman with a long gown and what looked like bright red hair. As she turned toward me, I realised it wasn’t red hair- it was a red veil. It was Hestia. I was excited (I get over excited, due to my autism) and she calmed me and I asked her for advice for overcoming anxiety. She said something along the lines of “anxiety cannot be cured, but will be dealt with. I will guide you throughout your journey.” And proceeded to hug me tight and when she leg go she took my hands in hers. In that moment, I felt a really warm feeling run through my body. She then told me “you are my child, young one. I look out for you. You are mine.” And I started laughing, because she she said “you are mine”. She consoled me again, and gave me a purple stone. She didn’t say anything else. I bid her farewell, and walked back. I’m so grateful for this experience, and I’m now going to research like crazy haha. Hello! I stated my intentions to meet Aphrodite, and to communicate with her, but when I saw her, I couldn’t help but feel that it is Athena. I had already a ceremony to honor Aphrodite and wanted to conclude it with a mediation, that’s why I was slightly shocked. I tried to tell myself it’s Aphrodite, but I knew it wasn’t. I DID use the same video earlier to communicate with Athena. That session was interrupted in the middle. So maybe that’s why….. but it was still amazing, I talked to her and I loved it

I use this meditation to talk to my main deity aphrodite she reached out to me about 4 months ago, and i struggle with staying in a meditation. But i have loved these short conversations with her. I talk to her In the same place. Each time, I was at a beach that felt so fimlar and nostalgic, but it's a place I've never been to physically. Shes in the water of this beach with shells around her. I usually find an offering at this beach it been a pretty rock of or a big shell. Im always excited to meet her!!

Just finished doing this and i walked down a cave and entered what looked like a forest in the night with loads of different types of dogs and i know anubis is represented by dogs when i read up about it so i knew it would be anubis. I asked if me being interested in him and egypt was his way of communicating with me and i got a pat on the head and a nod. I am grateful to have meet anubis during this meditation

I saw Hestia in this big warm yellow light and she felt so kind and I look to my left and saw a huge dark brown oak tree with selene laying on one of the branches, she had this dark blue light. I wanted to cry it was so beautiful 😭🥹

I feel so confused on who my deity is now- i walked into this very bright and warm clearing in the woods then i felt a pull throught the trees, and it slowly got darker, colder and sader- it wasnt a scary feeling but a safe one? Then i saw a man and i walked up close and hugged him and he slowly patted my back. I asked who he was and he said "you know i cant tell you." Then we walked towards a log on the groud and sat there in silence for a bit. He then said "when i was a small boy, i was a scared and fearful child, but as i grew older i found peace and happiness......you will too" once I had to leave and i asked him for a sign and he kinda nodded at me with a soft smile and i walked back through the trees to the warm clearing again. Once i walked back through the door into the cave, i felt kinda lonely until i found my body again covered in greenery and roots going into the floor😭👊

At first I saw this beautiful scenery but when I started feeling that presence everything just turned black. I started feeling very warm and started sweating. Started with intentions of meeting Luna, got surprised by Medusa of which i was thinking a lot lately. I asked why not Luna, she replied that she's not the right person to work with me right now (as in with a situation that is troubling me). She helped me clear my head a bit, giving me guidance that i needed, but didn’t expect to get while entering this meditation

When I walked down a staircase, saw the yellow warm light and pushed the door open, I saw a beautiful forestry meadow and I was amazed! The beautiful trees and the colorful array of flowers. I went exploring immediately and feeling the trees and the grass and seeing deer in the distance. When you said that there was a pulling now, it was an actual pulling and I was sent to this temple like space (which wasn’t new this is my second guided meditation) and there I saw the beautiful Artemis. I immediately kneeled and said my appreciations to her, she placed her hand on my cheek and said thank you. I questioned if she was the real Artemis which she laughed and said yes. She placed her arm around my shoulders in a gentle manner and we started to walk. While walking she was explaining of how she is my patron deity and then I asked why last time she told me it’s time to go so much and she told me that she deeply cared about me and how since it was my first time she didn’t want me to be overwhelmed by the new environment. I went for a hug, I hugged her tight with love and she hugged me back. I said this seems like a very motherly relationship when she corrected our relationship as more of a friendship which I still was happy for. When you said that it was time to say our goodbyes I asked if it was the appropriate time to go which she nodded, we said goodbye and I asked her to leave me a sign and I went to the darkness through the meadow, went up the stairs and reconnected with my physical body. I immediately went to her altar and used the pendulum to ask her if that was her and I explained everything that just happened in the meditation which was a yes for everything. I was full of appreciation and I can’t wait for our next meeting!

I opened the door to find that I've been walking down a tree trunk and now saw a hill with some brick buildings on the horizon. Clear sky, wildflowers on the meadow. I walked downwards and felt a purple/pink energy. My first questions were "Hestia?" and "Mother?" I didn't hear a voice, but I knelt at her feet and felt her warm hands and held on to her legs and gown. She sat down and I placed my head in her lap. It was hard to say goodbye, but I will definitely be back :) ty so much for this video

I’ve worked with Loki for some time now, but I’ve felt very called to Lord Lucifer recently. After heavily researching Lucifer, I decided to use this video as confirmation as to whether or not it was Lucifer who wanted to work with me. To my surprise, I saw Loki at first, and while I was happy to see them, I was confused and albeit a little frustrated. Then I noticed someone standing behind them. When Loki moved out of the way, I saw that it was Lucifer. In all the confusion though, I lost focus. Am I left with a lot of questions after this meditation? Yes. Is it still a learning experience? Absolutely, and I’m excited to continue my research on Lucifer as well as figuring out what this could all mean.

For sure! I am so glad that it aligned that way for you. It's certainly not you making it up, and hey... part of the spiritual practice is to also allow yourself a little bit of "so what?". As in, "so what if it's all in your head?". You experience life *through* your head, and some might even believe our own imagination is connected to the spiritual realms. That said, there's many different ways to meditate too! It's less about you 'not being good at it', and more so about finding meditations that make you feel comfortable, and allowing yourself that little "so what?" space! Thank you for sharing this. You made my Beltane evening a little extra magical, because it means a lot to me that I could somehow help with that!

I met Hades and he didn't reply my questions much only the word protection rang in my mind all the time. As I came back and opened my eyes I noticed I had shed a amount of tears I didn't even notice. During the meditation my body twitched and it felt like energy was rushing through my body and my eyes moved like crazy underneath my lids.

Okay- my experience wasn't complete because I was ripped away when someone barged into my room (Not sure if it's normal for this to happen). I felt really drawn to Lord Ares, and Lady Aphrodite so I did this to communicate with him and hopefully get answers. When you said imagine a door, two red doors started to appear, but they were all rusty and worn-out. I opened the door and there was this bright light that I walked into. As soon as I walked through the door, I found myself in a worn-out dystopian city. It was quiet and it looked like there was a war or some sort of disaster that went down, but it was really quiet. Then I started feeling a pull towards this weapons shop. I walked into the weapons shop to find a muscular man with wavy hair that I'm not sure if it's ginger-ish or brown, he was wearing a white tank top and was sitting down while polishing a weapon behind the counter(Not sure what it was because he was a bit far, but it looked to be the tip of a spear). When I walked into the shop, he looked at me, and then someone barged into my room. I was startled out of it, and I'm not sure if it's normal to be suddenly snapped out of a state like that. I think it was Lord Ares that I saw (Though he didn't have any armor on), I will be trying again tomorrow and hope I'll actually be able to have a conversation with him :0. Edit: It was Lord Ares!! :Dd

She didn’t answer in words, but she showed me a few things. Dolphins, roses, the taste of sugar. She was also in pink. I followed this sunlight feeling through a garden until it swollen me up and that’s when I saw this woman. It sounds like Aphrodite to me, but she gave me something confusing. It was a little golden circle with edges like maybe a gear? It had a hole or indent thing in the middle. I didn’t see it much, I’m much more of a tactile person. Does that sound familiar to anyone?

Then i did this guided meditation and it led me through this rainforest and to this other deity who told me to meet his wife in my dream. I doubt this is a fault on your end, but I can't seem to imagine anything. It's like I'm creating paragraphs of descriptions, like I'm writing a book. None of it feels like it's actually happening, rather it's just my brain, coming up with scenes and dialogue. I don't feel as though I met an actual deity, rather I "met" what I think they might be like. I could feel myself making decisions about the surroundings and the deity, the dialogue, the environment, all of it. Does anybody have tips for combatting this or making the meditation work somehow?

Hello! That can be a bit of an issue for some indeed, with these guided visualizations! Do you regularly do guided meditations without the visualization part? If not, that may be a good place to start - to find the way in which to disconnect the thinking mind and just tap into being and experiencing the moment without the added visualization first, and then bring the visualization into it. Alternatively, try to see if you can meditate before the video to snap out of the "thinking mind", and then transition into this video. Oftentimes, the doubt and feeling of building a narrative (and indeed, actually building a narrative), is coming from the thinking mind, and us not having fully taken that step away from it, and into the more intuitive, feeling space, where we allow ourselves to receive rather than create. I hope this may help a bit, and I truly hope you'll be able to utilize a meditation (any, not necessarily mine), to get that connection with a Deity! An alternative is to ask for them to reach out to you in dreams with clear signs that will signal to you, beyond a doubt, that it wasn't just a typical dream created by the subconscious, or to connect with them through divination (either done by yourself or someone else)! 💚

That's quite interesting how the different parts of our mind affect our meditations. This has helped, so thank you! I didn't think about those options, but I might do that as well, because I find that dreaming is a bit simpler for me. Just to check, by divination you mean things like tarot or pendulums, correct? If so, I'll try using those as well, because I find divination to be facsinating.

It's quite common to use divination tools to also function as a means of communication with Spirits and Deities! Well, that depends on what you want to do with it, really! A good place to start may be to simply show some reverence, respect or just attention to the Deity in the form of offerings or maybe just learning more about them and their mythology. Things may get clearer with times, but sometimes it's about that relationship with the Divine and nothing more or nothing less!

That's a common struggle. Do you meditate outside of visualizations? It might be good to start there and find a sense of peace and trust in just being with your mind during a meditation without a goal. Also, while it is important that we're discerning of our experiences, it's also important to trust ourselves when we do experience something. As long as you are grounded and discerning, I would say it's perfectly fine to see imagination as a gateway for spiritual experience. Not as a means of "make it up", but more so, Spirit might use our inner references to show us something through our imagination. It's a balance between being skeptical and open, for sure. For what it's worth, meditations like this can also be experienced through the senses and doesn't have to be visualized, even if the language is focused on that sort of experience. I hope your meditation journey is going well!

My way of getting there was a tunnel. My intent was to meet the deity who has been sending me signs/try to get my attention. When I got there, there was a river going downstream and the sky was dark. There were tall pine-looking trees. I walked down a path. Once I got to the deity I asked them to show me something that represents them. Essentially I guess I was shown images of pomegranate seed and it like zoomed out until it showed the entire fruit. I immediately asked “Are you Lord Hades?” He said “Yes.” I proceeded to ask 3 questions. 1 - How many rivers does The Land Of The Dead have? He answered 5 and was correct. 2 - How many children do you have? He answered 3 and was correct. 3 - Who is the oldest among your siblings? He answered himself. Now this could either pertain to his brothers or all of his siblings so I’m still iffy on it. When I seen him he was tall. Like maybe 7ft tall. I’m 6’0 and I had to look up to him. He wore an all black suit, something similar to the suit worn in Fleetwood Mac’s cover for Rhiannon. A very nice look. I also asked if he intended or had anything to door with a car I had seen. This car was an all black old school Cadillac with 333 ending the license plate with the decor around it being the fraternity Kappa Alpha Psi then under it “Till the day I die” which is sorta ironic given the situation. As I’m writing the candle I lit prior to the meditation is flickering/wiggling consistently.

The experience was amazing! I followed the stairs down and came into a field of poppies and a river flowing... Nearby a cave, Lord Hypnos was standing in all his glory! I paid my respects and introduced myself a bit. I asked him whether he wants to work with me and he said yes! I asked him to show some signs after I woke up, now I have to see whether I get any signs!
