Thank you so much for this great video. Just a quick question as I'm getting an error following your explanation. Using the address When I'm using /scene/Scene_1 it does work, but when I try /previewScene/Scene_1 as you described in the video. I'm getting Error: There is no "Scene_1" in OBS. Double check case sensitivity. OSC Recieved: /previewScene/Scene_1". Any idea why the previewScene command tells me the scene is not available while it actually is?? Thx

Interesting, first I've heard of this, but I haven't used this since the video, so this is a bit outdated now. I know the OBS software has had some updates since, it's possible there were some changes. I'll make a note to check through at some point.

Amazing, trying to learn the software, its great!!!! Can I assign a midi controller to that templete so that I can use fisical buttons, can TouchOSC receive a midi value sent from the midi device and then do a keystroke?

Hey, thanks for watching! So are you trying to use TouchOSC as a sort of "middleware" in between a hardware device and a software? In theory I think this would be possible. I'm guessing this could be done with a script or possibly an object receiving a message and then triggering another object to send a message.

@@TimCorpus yes!!! Exactly that, I'm just getting into scripting, not that good at it but will do my best to try and problem solve this one, than you very much for the help, will be looking in to it!!!

@@TavoCosenza yeah if you are avoiding scripts, my first idea is a button off page that receives a MIDI message, and upon receipt, or turning on, it sends a local message to another object which sends the MIDI message, or keystroke to your daw. Seems a little roundabout though.

@@TimCorpus thank you very much, I'll try it this week, there is something about a fisical button that makes things easier for me, I keep hitting th wrong buttons on the Ipad, specially if I'm not looking at it!

Has anything changed with recent updates I can't seem to run OSC to OBS in standalone as shown in the video. I can open the .index in Chrome but can't get a connection.

Good question, unfortunately I haven't kept up with their updates since this video. They have a Discord server, I recommend asking the company that makes this.
