@@kateshubina4886 The environment there is very good.. Sahyadri School is just like a heaven on this earth. All teachers r very free with the students . It's more of a like informal school not so strict, sports fest, musical evening, farewell etc r really good. One will find life long friends in Sahyadri School

Visit the website of these schools. There will be an invitation for prospective teachers to apply. There may be a questionnaire also to answer. Then, you may be invited to visit the school and interact with the teachers.

Is it really like it's shown in the video? Like letting kids be free, no strict rules, letting kids enjoy nature, allowing them to learn at their pace with out stress. Would like to know from alumni of these schools

I see what you mean... It's sad. I caught the falseness of the teachers immediately. They are just standing by words completely missing the essence of the truth it holds.
