with the site in night mode you can see the IR ranging laser and put it exactly were you need it. I notice they are not always lined up with the red laser

Thanks for the great video. The resolution was horrible. Really! How does that scope function without the IR being attached? I'm seeing numerous vid's of the scope functioning amazingly WITH the IR illuminator attached. NONE of how the scope does without it. How is it out to 400+ yrds in pitch darkness? Can it clearly pick up fox & bobcat or raccoon & groundhog & these GD MFing armadillos at 3-4-500yrds at night? How fast does the range finder adjust to moving targets ?

Hi Tony ! its possible trigger the ABL from X Trac remote control to range distances ? .Sometimes its a bit hard press the upper button from ATN scope.

Is there no compensation for the height of the ABL vs. the camera's height? IOW, with the scope, under profile, there is a field where you enter the height of the scope above the barrel. Is that not important for calculating the where the laser dot/zero is relative to the POI at various ranges? I would think that with distance, the convergence of the laser and POI would deviate more, or does that somehow compensate without the need to enter the distance between two?

Hi Tony, do you have a solution for when the ABL ceases to pair with the scope? I reset the scope, changed battery, pressed the Bluetooth button for 20 secs, 30 secs, took battery out for 24 hours and have had no success. It seems to be a common problem and ATN has no solution on its website. Pretty frustrating for a one day old device.

Was replaced by dealer. Seems cheap battery supplied spikes when getting low and fries the ABL. have only used quality CR2 batteries it’s been working great. Taking it out to the range to test out a new 308 so will see how it goes. So far about 100 measurement and battery still going strong.

Why does it not range consistently.. we have a target at 100 yrd and it will say 95 yards then hit the button again and it will say 14 yards then 19 yards. And that's in a sled

Battery life is too short, it's not promised amount of measures. In my experience - about 100 times max
