Let's go into Tradition. Bavaria Germany. With 12 you're grandparents can allow you, to taste the first Schnaps and just one, nothing more. Attention! Not your parents. So in the following years, you can have a Schnaps by getting it granted, to Granparents Birthday, your own, Sylvester or a good lunch while being on a journey, like through the italian Alps with the whole family. But it has to be allowed by the oldest family members surounding you. Normally, the parents haven't cared, when you came home from a Volksfest/Kirchweih/Kirwa/Dult/Wasn/Wiesn late with 14-15years and had 3 beers. (The good ol 90's, as parents wheren't that controljunks, like nowadays). Also Schnaps etc. where legal with 16 back then, also smoking cigarettes. Wild 90's
@kingjulien97324 жыл бұрын
@@KzS_Guenther_Luetjens It's stated in the youth protection laws that only your legal guardians are allowed to grant you permission to drink alcohol under their supervision from 14 upwards. Your grandparents legally have nothing to do with that. In reality it is of course handled differently and people drink illegally often when they're young.
@KzS_Guenther_Luetjens4 жыл бұрын
@@kingjulien9732 Bavarian Laws aren't the written ones my friend. They where just unused burocracy back then. And by the way i was more talking about tradition, which was, especially in bavarian backlands higher seen, then some laws. For me, i live in such an corner of germany and should it happen to my children some day in the future, i won't change it. I'll do em like my father and grandparents. No matter how often they'll throw up and decorate our rooms. The more they fall or experience bad in life , is the more they'll bite into and grow, caused by crap. Children/Adults that don't make and then realise their own mistakes, are those who never get wise or do a step further in their head. So let em fall and rise up again. Someday they are sick of getting up again and try to evade such situations of shame.
