If she wins the case, she'll see relatively little money because a lot will go to the lawyers (solicitor and barrister) plus she's suing for loss of damages including lost earnings when she was never a high earner to begin with. I don't think that's her motivation, personally. The 'pay day' is pretty crap for all she alleges she went through.

Her partner confronted them and got stabbed in his abdomen (had to go to hospital but non life threatening). Gardai advised her to leave the property, and I believe she is still under Garda protection as they investigate. In the same month, another Dublin woman had bricks put through her windows and someone tried to torch her car. That woman had a civil litigation pending against McGregor following an alleged assault in Ibiza. She since dropped the litigation case but the criminal investigation is ongoing in Spain. KZbin doesn't let one post links, but these are easily searchable if one's so inclined.

I don’t know what to make of the case. The evidence against her is as strong as the evidence against them. Ultimately though given the cctv and her friends statement i can’t see it going her way. And in no Conor fan and certainly not one to believe a man over a woman. When it’s stacked up that she seeked him out were all on drugs and she didn’t want to go home it paints a certain picture.

There is a huge difference in the burden of proof for guilt in civil and criminal cases..you couldn’t have proven beyond a reasonable doubt (almost 100%)the guilt of McGregor in a criminal case in my opinion but on a 50-50 decision there’s a high chance he’s going to get convicted for this ..if I was on the jury I’d have to be very careful not to destroy Connor McGregors or anybody’s life but to me it looks like he’s guilty but I still don’t know if it’s provable but it’s only a 50-50 decision for the burden of proof here is very low

I read very detailed court extracts in the papers and this woman did not have a leg to stand on. She had no memory of anything. She was seen on cctv kissing and laughing with the other guy she accused after the so called incident. What happened was she went on a 2 day drink and drugs bender leaving her partner at home to mind HER child while she was out being a groupie for conor. She got herself into some state and did things she can't remember. Why did she ask her family to delete messages she sent them when she told them in the immediate aftermath that she was R by Conor. Was she still drunk when she sent those messages and when she sobered up she began to panic, realised she couldn't un-say what she said and knew her family would demand she went to the guards. She made one hell of a mess

In rape cases the accused ALWAYS claims robust, vigorous. consensual sex took place, it's to explain the bruises and damage to the victim, some even claim the victim liked rough. The difficulty I have with the 'bruising' is that it usually takes a couple of days for the extent of bruising to be visible. So if the Ambulance paramedics saw bruising, it would suggest that the cause of the bruising was a couple of days prior to their encounter. Just my opinion.

The alleged assault was December 9th. She first saw paramedics on Dec 10th, and then (same day) she saw a doctor who noted the tampon (and removed it with forceps) and also noted that she was on her period with a possible laceration inside her vagina.

The one thing that I know about myself personally and research says that those who are not guilty or innocent - usually are very defensive, disgusted that they are being accused and anger . To me he has acted like an innocent man. Over the years he would have had many many many woman, why are others not coming forward if this is the type of person he is. I don’t think he did it. I used to drink a lot, go on benders and I would end up black and blue, not knowing how the hell of got like that.
