I am a huge Khabib fan and I was extremely happy for his win against Conor but I can’t help but feel for Kavanagh. This has become just a tense topic of discussion, you can tell he is being really careful with his words, I agree that if Conor wants to fight Khabib again he really has to commit to it like his coach says but with that being said, I also think Conor has to earn his rematch. Have the trilogy fight with Nate, get your confidence back. You can’t have margin of error against Khabib, if Khabib gets a hold of you, it’s game over and that’s a fact. Let Khabib vs Ferguson play out, we need that fight too, it’s destiny being played right in front of us. 28-0.

r v it's not that the camp is disunited it's that Conor's head has swollen so big that he's left everyone behind. His camp is there....he's not. Conor thought he didn't need a camp, Conor thought he's an MMA god and that he would destroy Khabib. Why? Who knows Conor lost his marbles apparently. Since the Mayweather fight he got to into himself. Hopefully now he's sitting on the shitter in his mansion saying "fook maybe i'm not da most badass man that ever existed in history". If Conor stops being a fuckin tool and realizes he needs to humble himself and train maybe we'll see a better fight. Probably not though he's too focus'd on his bullshit whiskey that won't be shit after his last performance. People are tired of his shite attitude and to me he's just another Ronda Rousey.

Conor's gameplan should have been to pressure Khabib but in a more measured way. He didnt do that at all in the fight. Khabib does his worst when his back is against the cage. Distance control just wasnt there. Timing, footwork, and shot selection were poor to non existent. He just looked awful and even if he does make these adjustments, doesn't mean he will beat Khabib. But, if he wants to secure his legacy he has to beat Khalabeeb.

yeah exactly, but i say thta it was the 2 year lay off,that effected him, it certainly affected his timing, ring IQ, distance control and movement, like i said connor looked slow and sloppy and he didnt look foccused and calm, like his older fights

Joseph wani He wasn't ready nor confident. Did you see his entrance? He didn't look the same compared to his others. Also when him and khabib faced off right before the fight, he didn't want to look him in the eyes. He lost before the fight even started

could be coz he hasnt fought in ages, and it is hard to be confident when you havent fought or played a competive sport in a while, i think he should have fought at least twice before fighting a top fighter like khabib, he wasnt ready for khabib tbh

I think Kavanagh could give up coaching pro fighters and coach amateur fighters and be just as happy or happier. He has a real love for martial arts and competition. All the other stuff he could care less about. He is definitely the ying to Conor's yang....wow, that sounds weird, but you know what i mean.

@Shenanigan5
@Shenanigan5 6 жыл бұрын
it is only business. The UFC is a promotion, its called prize fighting for a reason. Conor has always said since day 1 that it is all only business to him. Whats your point. At least he isnt Khabib "The Hypocrite" Nurmagomedov.

@@Shenanigan5 if it was only business, they would have sorted it out behind the scenes. You know, the way WWE does it....talking about what's gonna be said & done before they go out before the audience and cameras. How many times has Conor said "it's not a game"? Then when shit gets too real, he bounces without a peep. ...ok, a small Tweet.

he said “Fighting business” and Khabib said “wrestle”. Watch Alpaca Thesaurus’s video. He cleans up the audio so you can hear what they say.

Never anyone who is stylistically a bad match up for Conor. I don't count Chad mendes because that fight was on too short notice for Chad to be as effective on the ground like Khabib was. McGregor is a really good striker but most of the matchups were made specifically for him, to build him up. People have been saying forever that the guys at LW would be a real problem (Khabib, Ferguson etc etc).

RNRVIBEZ People have said this in all his fights. They all said Aldo was going to beat him, mendes and Alvarez were going to out wrestle him and win. They just keep doubting him in all his fights because he consistently takes on big competition
