Zachary Self Conor's a great striker, he's accurate and he's definitely a genius when it comes to combinations. Jose Aldo is also a great striker, however saying he throws everything into every strike and that he isn't accurate is downright fallacious. How many of his fights have you actually watched?

Let's be honest, McGregor's movement exercise is more like a yoga exercise gets the blood flowing and warms up the muscles quite a bit, because he's moves haven't really changed. What has made him so successful is his technical boxing and his length, his kicks are ok, but his hands are far better, I think he just has great technique is. very smart and is blessed with average height but with long limbs.

I knew Connor wouldn't get under Diaz skin or con him to rush the fight like those other numb nuts. Length, durability and experience. Also watched Connors mediocre Bjj competitions. Purple belt skills at best compared to Diaz legit Black.

Some people just don't understand. This guy is the greatest fighter, greater than Jon Jones or whatever boxer. His movement is captivating. His approach reminds me that of a dancer/soccer player. A soccer player tries to deceive his opponent and dancer utilizes a whole spectrum of movements.

Fluid movement does not mean he is the best fighter. There are many other fascists of the game. His striking and mindset do seem A level, but his clinchwork, wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, cardio, and grit have yet to be truly tested. He has run through the B level, now it's time for A.

All these people talking bout Ido when he said it himself that he does BJJ the animal movements have been used for 100's of years by different martial artists. The other thing is you have to watch how much muscle you develope during training so you don't weight out of your class

How come Aldo is not ready for a rematch but Ronda Rousey is ready for her rematch? The real problem is that Rousey is a close friend of Dana White and Aldo is just another Brasilian. People seems to forget that that Also was undefeated for 10 years and he was the longest champion in his category. Aldo's biggest problem is that he do not speak English.
@JymVer8 жыл бұрын
+viajer m had like 7 fights in those 10 years and mcgregor dismantled him, edgar deserves it more atm
@viajer20118 жыл бұрын
+97jimmy97 I am sorry but your argument does not make sense to me. First of all, Aldo had 15 wins in 7 years (taking into account the fights in the WEC as UFC does). he defended his champ belt more times that Edgar, Cain or Rousey ever did. The rematch fights are based on selling tickets and Dana's friendship with the fighters. Aldo cannot trash talk like Connor therefore he does not sells a lot of tickets. This can be seen in the fact that during fight night UFC was expecting to sell around 50% of the tickets to Brazilian and this did not happened; most of the tickets were sold to Irish people.
@JymVer8 жыл бұрын
+viajer m cba to read my point is only that people need to shut up saying 10 years unbeaten when he only had 2/3 years of fights in that amount of time, is nearly lying to uneducated fans
@JymVer8 жыл бұрын
+97jimmy97 As in 2/3 years worth of fights because he was very inactive

video just showed his mitt work- his weight transfer into the punch is where he gets his power. his shots are fast and this dude can pop. in one year he would be a contender if he went into just boxing. his all around game is just to much for the 145 lb division. jose aldo had no chance.
@larrywheels7628 жыл бұрын
MegaProjectpat yeah ,probably right. I was just impressed with his mitt work. I am 62 and still train at boxing 6 days a week- so I see top skills in this dude.
