Wow, I had no idea Conor was capable of being this humble. This is the greatest interview I've ever seen.
@LordFarsanky9 жыл бұрын
This is the Conor that made me a fan, not the one calling people pubeheads. He's very insightful and has a great mindset. Then again, "head clean off" Conor is awesome too, there's a fine line I guess.
@daywalker________76779 жыл бұрын
Lord Farsanky Conor is always humble in victory or defeat, but make no mistake he's a ruthless opponent. He'll say almost anything to get the division fired up. By the way, seen some of your Conor HL videos over a year ago, you're doing some great work.

In his great military treatise, The Art of War, Chinese general Sun Tzu laid the plans for victory in any battle. Conor lays a seed of doubt in his opponents mind from the moment the fight is set. He gets them to over train, waste energy at weight ins, and god knows what else goes on during fight week. When the fight starts he sets the rhythm he like which is chaos - he finds the harmony in the chaos and gets the job done. That seed of doubt starts to grow until it's a matter of time. Either way Conor has shown us that the fight game is an evolution. I would love to see him fight Pettis.

I want Connor to win. I do believe he will eventually get tested, and it may be a good wrestler/grappler to do it. He will eventually lose, and I want to see how he responds. I support him and want him to succeed though.

Good point, he's not going to go undefeated his entire career, unless he retires early (which wouldn't surprise me if he did since he's all about the money). But I'd like to see where his mental strength and confidence goes if/when he loses. He's lost before, so I think he will handle it well.

Connor is an amazing fighter. He tells it like it is. Promotes himself brilliantly. Makes fun of some fighters but at the same time he's not disrespectful. He's simply on a different level than all the other fighters. He walked through 3 dangerous opponents like it was nothing. Made them look like they never fought before. None of them had a chance to win. How many more people got to get hurt? LOL love that one.

@jaydoode159 жыл бұрын
I agree with McGregor that fans are always questioning his abilities even though dominates every fight, however I don't think that a match up against Siver was the right call. Yeah I know, they booked the fight when all the other top FW's were already matched up but this is the kind of match up that nobody expected or even asked for. But with a win he is pretty much guaranteed a title shot so we'll have to wait until then.

I don't say this about many people.... and this may come to some as a weird angle, but this guy should get into acting. I would love to watch him in some kind of medieval combat movie because hes animated and has that talent. I think it would foolish to over look Siver considering his experience and durability. Not to mention that nasty liver kick, I'm not saying he will beat Conor but as we see so often anything can happen in this sport and your hardest fight is the one you're supposed to win. I feel like post-Siver, only Aldo makes sense for McGregor, though Frankie would be more a challenging opponent for him, Aldo isn't going to bring the type of intensity and grappling experience that Edgar does.

actually i change my 1st comment. because of respect for the interviewer. he asked the difficult questions. ie the dive with dustin, [ he did seem to go down from it too easy, same with brandao, he went down like ton of bricks after waiting for conner to hit him? YOU know its strange. to me its clear to see, its to build a fan base from ireland and make more money, so like any business or virus it will grow like an organism to thrive and divide and stay alive, so if the UFC have to pay off a few has been fighters to take early nights at the office, of course they will. @Tyler_Mayhem9 жыл бұрын
If Conor is able to get back up quickly (He won't be able to stop every shot from people like Chad or Frankie) He will win both fights. The tougher fight would be Frankie though, He's way more experienced and has a better understanding of the fight game than Chad does. He also has better top control
