Hey there, this light bar projects a 60° flood beam. We also have new IR pod lights coming very soon (hopefully within the next week) that will be available in either a 10° spot or a 60° flood.

can you really not see it at all or is there a red glow to it? you say both , please show us a color photo or video of it in a black room. also you didnt state how many lumens? I need an IR flood for my surveillance but this video didn't show much, usually you guys are on point.

Hey there! Thanks for the questions. To the naked eye, you can see a slight red glow. This is not picked up by the camera. Only you will be able to see this, and it's incredibly subtle. As far as lumens, IR lights produce zero lumens since lumens are a measurement of visible light. That is why we don't state lumens - cause it's zero!

@@superbrightleds true , I guess the real way to measure would be in lux, technically it's "invisible, but it is visible to an IR camera and lux can be measured in meters squared. they measure IR surveillance cameras this way. Do you know what model LED is inside so i can look up a spec sheet? my guess is it's a .5W give or take. one would have to plug this into a 20A cigarette lighter plug or hard wire. Speaking of surveillance, do you make a smaller version, maybe 4-LED's that runs on PoE power?
