Conquering Fear of Failure

My issue is fear of bad reviews, fear of angry customers, fear of Printify vendors messing up my orders, fear of packages being lost in the mail, fear of needy and unreasonable Etsy customers. I've watched hundreds of POD videos and no one gives strategies on how to get tougher emotionally and not let the stress of an Etsy shop get to you

I have a fear of failure...but as odd as it sounds I also have fear of success! What if I dont fail? Can I handle it? Will I mess it up anyway? My big problem is perfectionism. If things aren't JUST right...I do nothing, and I constantly move the bar of perfect. It's paralyzing!

Ooh I have perfectionism coming up! I feel you though, it’s a hard one for me too as a self-proclaimed control freak and perfectionist! I try to remind myself DAILY: done is better than perfect - progress over perfection 💜

Absolutely love your inspiration and I stalk all your videos 😂 and constantly replay them! I’m so stuck as I have such a great design for personalization. Im in Canada and the print provider I want to use for sleeve print is located in the US as Canada has no sleeve provider, what are your thoughts, can I do a US and Canada listings. Switch back and forth, training on this would be informative as your such an amazing teacher! 🇨🇦❤️

i have a question like wt would be a better choice In terms of pod ? selling POD physical products or selling POD sublimation Svg/pdf files in your store like i can create good designs in lesser time than wt it would take me to put those design onto mockups and ... i would like to know your opinion regarding wt would be estimated revenue after when u will give your best >>

Mine is bad reviews. And I had a customer ask what my transfers are made of... what does that mean?!? Please someone explain

Bad reviews can happen and they are often a normal part of business, for a variety of reasons. They're always unpleasant, but I always respond professionally (your customer service can even reverse a bad review!), and at times view it as a learning experience (if the bad review was as a result of something I messed up). Ultimately, they're not something to take personally, and over time you get better at handling them if/when they occur. As for transfers - they mean the design. Many customers are used to vinyl or other heat transfers for the design. If you are working with POD apparel, your response should be that these are not transfers, but instead the ink is applied and absorbs into the fabric instead of creating a thicker layer like vinyl :)
