On a day when I'm panicking and feeling the overwhelm this helped so much. I have now printed out a sheet that says 'Strive for excellence and progress (not perfection)' and put it up on my wall next to my computer so I can keep my goals focussed. Thank you so much for taking the time to post, your videos help soooooo much!
