Nakaka inspire po talaga mga videos nyo. To be honest medyo nag alangan ako if itutuloy ko yung language training nung mapanuod ko yung first video nyo po. I even shared it to my friends. But I decided to go on with the training kasi encouraging yung mga instructors. Gaya nga ng sabi nyo importante ang language training. So mas lalo ko pa sineryoso ang language training kasi alam ko mas matindi ang challenges pagdating dyan. Ngayon pa lang pini-prepare ko na ang self ko. Thank you sa mga videos mo. Hopefully maipasa namin ang language training. Please continue to inspire us. Nakaka proud po maging Filipino kagaya nyo na hindi nakakalimutan ang pagiging Filipino, sa isip, sa salita at sa gawa!

Yes, true, gamun din sa amin, Denmark 🇩🇰. Sa last Sunday nitong October at 03:00 A.M. magpapalit (Daylight Saving Time) ang oras namin to normal time (one hour backwards), ewan ko kung k'lan nagpapalit ang oras niyo diyan sa Finland 🇫🇮, advance kayo sa amin ng 1 hour.

The first Miss Universe Armi Kuisila was swept up her feet and got married to a Pinoy Virgilio Hilario. Read about them. I wonder as to what language they communicated in. The Finn language is uniquely difficult. Your ability to be comfortable with the language is quite impressive. The national anthems of Finland and Estonia sound the same to me and I found out they were composed by the same person named Pacius. By the way, Finns are not quite expressive. The Tango dance was introduced with the idea of making them livelier and expressive with a very limited success. Well, it is what it is. They are what they are. Winter is tough over there.

Thanks for commenting. It's fascinating to learn about Armi Kuusela and her marriage to Virgilio Hilario. Read about it before my first visit to Finland. In terms of their communication, it's likely that they used a combination of languages. Regarding the similarity between the national anthems of Finland and Estonia, you're absolutely right, they share a similar melody. Finnish winters can be quite challenging due to their darkness. As for coldness it can be dealt with by putting extra layers of clothes on, but darkness is another story.

@Finnspirational Your smile might be too glaring to some folks used to the darkness. Tama ba ako ? A friend of ours who used to practice in the Upper Peninsula (UP) of Michigan, U.S. has a high proportion of Finns. He said that they're kind, polite, but quite reserved. The winter in the UP Michigan can be quite brutal, well fitted for Finns. Supposedly, this quote is from Finns - There's no bad weather, only bad clothing.

Thanks for commenting. One thing you should know is that it deoesn't have to be perfect. My Finnish isn't perfect, in real life when I get nervous and when I am tired, I struggle remembering words. I would say at least 2-3 years of continuous study is the realistic time frame except for those who are extremely gifted like those language genius here on you tube.

After less than a year of studying I got hired in a nursing home. I have to say that we all have different timelines when it comes to learning anything. It is rather pointless to compare how quick or how not-so quick each person learns. There is no shortcut in learning the Finnish language. Good luck on your journey. Please study hard❤️
