thats an SW series. not an E60. edit: i think that KINDA makes more sense but the horn is a P01235. which the E60s used.

How is this an Amtrak E60 because amtrak retired the E60s in 2004. But the horn almost sounds like an E60.

They retired in 2003 but you can take the horn off the locomotive and put it on a different one.
