I had to have oral surgery almost 2 weeks ago. It required many teeth pulled. My anxiety level is high when it comes to the dentist! I worked very hard to counteract this and so I used the methods that work for me. I was awake the entire time and alert. Before the procedure they took my blood pressure and it was excellent! The assistant even was impressed! I can not express my gratitude for both science and my faith! They have both played a part in my peace and my pain in general has subsided enormously! I’m continuing down this path and healing much quicker than average! I’m a highly sensitive person and balance is very important in my life! To me the two make perfect sense and I wish I could have discovered this long ago! 🙏🏻❤️👌🏻

Brilliant!!! Two of my favorite minds. As someone facing a kidney transplant I am trying to find a way to alter my gene expression to fully accept the new kidney completely without the need for anti-rejection drugs. I want to "make peace, not war" by remembering that, in fact, that there is no fundamental difference between "me", and "that" kidney. My nephrologist looks at me strangely when I mention this. As a student of Vedanta, this discussion convinces me this is possible. Thank you so much.

No need to remove the sacred nurturing darkness which allows us to sleep. Every time we close our eyes to meditate, we are embrace by restful dark. I realise most people use ‘darkness’ as a metaphor for ignorance and cruelty and that feels like such a shame. Why not call cruelty and ignorance and cruelty etc by those names and recognise light and dark as partners in the dance of Life. Do we reject light because the nuclear explosion in Hiroshima was likened to the light of a thousand suns. ? I know I’m being literal but I’ve benefited so much from both light and dark. Can someone please give me some insight? I don't really trust Google. Conscience=Spirit and Spirit=God and God=Reality and Reality is Consciousness and Consciousness is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Perseverance, and Power. All these are fruits of the Holy Spirit. Spirit just is who we are and there is no way around it. We will never die because we are spiritual beings living in a fleshly Earth suit. However, we die every single second in our physical bodies and even in our mentality (soul). Soul dies daily but spirit lives eternally. Correct me if I am wrong about this. I want to share something with you Deepak, on the Indian variant. I saw just a bit of what's happens and I see, I somehow feel, that's it's the proper pandemic that comes as the first one just made a turn all around the world. I wish I'm wrong yet the conclusion imposes itself. It gives me the impression that we are living in a truly unbelievable time. I don't want to be silly but I remember to read once a prophecy (and I'm not a fan of it at all) yet it was about "yellow breed" that will flood the world. I often asked myself how it would be possible, in our times, yet we see. The prophecy said that the flood will not stay for long, and I see the Indian variant as the reverse of the current situation on all plans. It's incredible what's happens yet I stay with my believes that Love Wins - always :) but wow Deepak, I remember you made a world's meditations call before, would you make one soon ? Meditation for Love within us All I think, we better pray .. Best regards

But if everyone simply cast aside programs the world would be chaos. Programs are the diagrams of the steps forming the dance of 3-D. Consciousness, or spirit, can guide us through the available steps if we are aware. But as Dr. Lipton said, that’s only 5% of the time typically. I would note that most traditional spiritual leaders aren’t working professionals, they’re philosopher kings. There's no the soul. You are the soul as a living being, as a life experiencing a sensory story. Everything in this planet is an experience either good or bad. A soul is invisible for the brain because It's an energy, an etherical presence who is eternal. Ethernal if you like. The soul is you as a destiny that's why good psychics are able to see the future of somebody. Don't think of the soul like something separated from you.
