The bread looks fantastic! I've been slowly trying to transition to a healthier lifestyle due to health problems but I was running out of recipes to make and I was getting "burned out" and discouraged. Someone shared your youtube links on Sebi Who & What on Facebook and here I am! what a blessing! Thank you so much for this channel! I'm excited to try your recipes!

Excellent video! I've never made my own bread before but this makes it look pretty easy (I will be hand kneading, but that can't be that bad). I just learned about Dr. Sebi and what alkaline foods are (I had a "woah what have I been doing to my body" moment), and I was looking to find some recipes so that I could make this plunge into healthier eating. Your channel has been a major factor in my going through with this, and for that I would like to thank you and your family. Keep the videos coming!

+AnUnmotivated Artist The bromide powder containing sea moss is used as an alternative to yeast, which causes dough to rise. If you don't use it, the bread may be more dense. You could always try a small batch to see how it goes!

If anyone made this bread what type of texture and density do you achieve after baking? Is it similar to fuffy soft wheat and white breads? I can imagine its a bit different without the leaveners. Also what purpose does the bromide provide? Thanks in advance.

I haven't tried it as a bread yet, only as a muffin, but I have seen many bread recipes using it. I think the coconut flour may be a lighter flour than spelt/rye but it could work if you blend it with a heavier flour.

The temp. is in Fahrenheit, you can use Irish moss instead of the bromide powder. You can blend quinoa & garbanzo bean flours instead of the spelt. Coconut flour is not a recommendation from the nutritional guide I follow for these recipes, it is your choice though.

I don't want to use any sugar substitute. Why is agave used? Does it make the bread sweet? Many thanks.
@TysConsciousKitchen

+sandy kelly you don't have to add the agave. It adds to the taste to the bread.
