I want you to know that I am telling others about your meditations because I’m reading the comments and I echo every sentiment that is being expressed. This is Christmas and Hanukkah week and work is exceptionally busy and very physical . I’m doing things at the age of 62 that a 30-year-old should be doing as far as stretching my body to the limit . I truly believe that through this meditation, it accelerates the healing process of what the body does naturally, and that is that the body has a remarkable way of healing itself . It takes less time when I listen to this meditation I get a tremendous amount of relief through your guided words. I want to express to you how grateful I am that you do this work and then you share it with us because it is beyond helpful . Jordi I have a lot of pain in my body ,And my Lungs are damaged scarring with COPD also have an Itch in my body for 18 months and nothing helps

Hi Mariano, I’m in agreement with @GenXLaura and you in prayer for complete healing and restoration of your health. Continue to do inner work for your body is communicating to you there’s imbalance in your emotional realm. You’re carrying many things that your body can no longer support. It’s simply saying it’s time to forgive, release & let go.
