I need this tonight. My landlord is traumatizing me again after many times previously. Have to make phone calls and possibly hire a guy to move stuff tomorrow. Really want sleep tonight and get help tomorrow. Much appreciation to you and other beautiful people who post meditations.

Thank you! I hope you slept well! I just awoke at 6:00am I hope that whatever happens for you today, that it’s in your best interest & the most positive , most benevolent possible outcome. Bless you and may God’s angels accompany you anytime you have to deal with your landlord and when you eventually move (if it isn’t today)

Still in process of getting rid of stuff to move. Here's what I do: If I wake up 430 am or earlier, I listen to these types of slow videos and affirmations, if I cant sleep I PRETEND to sleep and relax. Slow exhalations with the Ssh sounds, count up to 20, 30 etc. Helps you!

❤ I know your pain. My mum passed away last year. I could barely breathe for 5 months. Then, the self-love and healing took over. My Mum is now my guide. Sending you love and strength. Just keep breathing.... take it one day at a time.
