I shot this in Mexico one morning the second week in December 2012 at around dawn, as I woke everyday at 4.30am due to the jetlag and so went for a 2 hour walk on the beach as everyone else was asleep. I walked for miles and miles and often so far away from the hotel complexes to where there wasn't a soul and I often just sat, meditated and connected to nature. I had my mp3 player with my song demos on it and found a big piece of wet driftwood, made a slit in it and wedged my iPhone in and put my music playing behind it. I just wanted to see what it would look like and never made this for uploading as I'm still working on the song, but I thought what the heck and played around with it today in iMovie. I'd never of had the confidence to do something like this years ago, I'm so glad I found what I do now for others I can do also on myself also. I am daring to follow my heart and that is the essence of all great Coaching :-) ♥
