Ananta - 'Waking Up To Your Essence' - Interview by Iain McNay
Ananta has had to face many challenges in her life. She spent much of her 20's living with a Billionaire; became addicted to cocaine and then heroin. She spent 2 1/2 years in solitary confinement in a prison in Japan. Here she woke up to who she truly is. She was then deported to London where she had the challenge of integrating her realisation into daily life. She now travels and leads Satsangs in different countries.

This is SO wonderful to hear another human being experiencing & living of what Deepak, Osho, Lao Tzu, Louise L. Hay, Napoleon Hill, Esther Hicks etc. are talking about. She articulated this perfectly. That Inner Presence that we (all) are, the recognition of it, the feeling of duality, that raises afterwards when you become the Observer and try to exist in a society, that hasn't got a clue so you can't really relate to no other and the whole 'Holographicness' of it... are just heartwarming to hear, I am not the only one living with this deep knowing. Is there more from her? I'd love to hear her talk more. I love how she accepted the fact that the feelings (of the Mind/Ego) come&go, she experiences is AS The Awareness, as The Observer, The Inner Presence, NOT as a person. I'm at that point now. Co-orporating the 2 "worlds", realities with eachother. Beautiful!! ~ Thank you so much for the upload.

There's no the observer, because the mind-body you imagined yourself to be a modulation of the same consciousness. The stage where you "think" that you are the observer and the thought or the objective experience is observed is legitimate, but then you come to the stage where the observer and the observed dissolves. There's the just the experience of oneness. When thoughts and emotions arise, you see them as not being who you are, and release. It can take as much as 1 or 2 seconds.

Hopefully OP overcame her ego in almost 10years 😂 talking about deep knowing We know nothing we just experience and memorise. Knowing is an illusion and believing you know something what a general body like "society" does not focus on but very well is aware of is just your ego speaking. Happens all the time when you awaken to new truth, you get this sense of superiority, leaving that aside is the art of it all. You don’t know shit so its no use getting into competition with invented bodies.

I recognize myself in many things you said...I am on the path from many years, it happened some rare times that i go trough duality for few seconds and than come back. Despite that I soffer still and think as a common human being, maybe with strongers fears than before.

There is a song by the band RUSH, reminds me of what she called truth... It is at the end of the song, SOMETHING FOR NOTHING... it says what you live is your own story...

@ckom9 Hi there, Awakening to Oneself as pure Awareness is in an instant, no turning back. Awakeness is Awake to itself. Living that recognition through every moment of life is an endless Awakening,.. there is always more and more liberation in this bodymindsystem, vigilence until the last breath. As for genetic imprints they are there even before the form comes into being, and make up what we call a personality. if you find that interesting, check out Human Design. Love

She has certainly faced a lot of life challenges, however, I very much agree with Leysa Gann's comment below. A lot about her growing up and maturing is what this is about. A story about herself. Very little about any kind of true and deep enlightenment.
