National Resistance Council (CNR): The surprising longevity of a program conceived clandestinely

The program of the Conseil National de la Résistance (CNR, National Council of Resistance) was unanimously adopted by its members on March 15, 1944. Since then, it has intermittently and unexpectedly been the subject of political debate.
To grasp its importance, we need to place it in the long term, from the Popular Front to the present day, and examine its origins in clandestine times. Since it laid the foundations of France's post-war social model, it remains a powerful symbol today. That's why it continues to arouse such contrasting opinions: while some call for it to be dismantled, others continue to claim it as a reference.
How can a text that few people know and have actually read acquire such an ideological and memorial stature?
