Fantastic!! So glad we answered some questions for you- What do you think is Hendersonville right for you?
@mitchodell49932 жыл бұрын
@@LivingInNashvilleTennessee1 accessibility to everything, the newer commercial area (Indian Hills is awesome), close to downtown, near the lake, on the east side of metro area, and ability to get a home with some land. We may end up in either White House, Portland or Gallatin by the time we are done but those are the main reasons we narrowed down to that area.

@@mitchodell4993 fantastic!! That makes me very happy that you are able to get the information you need to narrow down choices from our videos. That is certainly our hope!

Thanks for these amazing videos. Do you know please any local sites for rent in chattanooga, Thanks

You are so kind!! I’m happy you find value with them!! I do not have local rental info for Chattanooga, Tenn - which is about 2.5 hours from Nashville. If you’d like, shoot me an email and I’ll get you a referral from that area!

It is a very pretty area especially if you enjoy the outdoors and water! Easy access into Nashville and good schools!

Near water. Is it in a flood plain?
@LivingInNashvilleTennessee12 жыл бұрын
Great question-Hendersonville is on old Hickory Lake but there’s not a lot of areas you need to worry about the 100 year floodplain. None of the areas that I showed are susceptible to flooding
