I knew about this but couldn’t remember how to do it. I feel like the spot is perfect but it didn’t work until I pushed forward on the analog and slightly walked forward while throwing the bomb. Only took me 4 tries though

I swear every time I do this it's really just random on if it works. Lined it up exactly like you and 20 firebombs later still hasn't worked but then I'll have some runs where it does it first try

Had same problem, then i set my game resolution form 1080 to 4k, and it just worked, but not sure if that's what it takes tho...

It's weird. I did it with like 2 bombs my first try but when trying to to thr pursuer cheese where u get the bird to drop him, I waited til he dropped and ran back to bonfire but got nothing. So started over and now I can't get it to work at all. Maybe I'll just go the way around I guess lol Edit: ps5 btw. So I don't know why it worked once and now won't at all. I've spent like 40 or 50 bombs trying for a 2nd and 3rd time. Nothing lol
