The conductor is amazingly into the song. This is the kind of passion even the director needs, and it's clear in the singers as well. Could use more bass, especially in the "Jerusalem" part. The tenors will do the note changes, while the foundation needs to be strong. A decrescendo will help to do that.It is always a common thing when written in music to make sure that the voices balance, it is more than that, the song itself purposely has to have certain voices stand out more than other. Usually, bass/baritones will always lack the volume (less than tenors/sopranos), therefore if written "piano" in the music, make sure the bass/baritones sing at mezzo piano, or even mezzo forte, to make sure all parts are heard, regardless of what is written in the music. It's what ever is pleasing to the ear.Feel free to manipulate the music more.
