The Moon Pool does allow you to use either the tremolo or the phase separately, or combined, and the direction of autospeed up/down. I have the Moon Pool and the Constellator, and both are very big, lush sounding pedals in a very board-friendly size. I tried the synth pedal in the series, I believe it is called the space rip or something, didn't have much use for that, but these two are well worth the small amount of real estate they take up on the board.

It's a mighty little pedal for sure. I can see a deluxe version being pretty fun but I think there are already so many delay options out there this would be a great alternat delay to the one I already use and it's small enough to squeeze on the board. It would be nice to be able to turn on and off the modulation hands free but not a deal breaker. Being able to dial in thar perfact modulation is what makes this sounds so good. By the way I think boss did make a deluxe DS1 of sorts. I wanna say it was the super distortion but don't quote me on that. The MD2 was another boss distortion I liked and kinda compared it to a DS1 who power lifts. Ps. I always get a good laugh when you guys get silly.

A little pedal that can do quite a lot. It definitely seems like it would be a great backup delay. Great work playing two different styles so we can get a better idea of the range.

I’m fully there with Tia. I had one, liked it, but flipped it before it could break my heart for not being as playable as the Rubberneck. With a similar level of functionality, I might have been compelled to keep it and dedicate more board space, because I recall some different vibes in the modulation that weren’t bad different, more like palette expanding different. (The Dropping Acid #rip and El Diablo HEQ-1 have also been tweaking my expectations for playability of fuzz and drive pedals in a similar way, though few are following their lead.)
