I have noticed, certain ship classes the "AI' makes a hash out of piloting... The Defiant class, the Canon Ambassador class, and any 2 nacell Connie Variant. I don't know why, but it just seems to struggle to figure them out.

Yeah there are differences, it seems to have an easier time piloting Romulan and klingon vessels. It likes to make great use of the cloak too.

It probably could but, remember the Titan A was never conceived to be a flagship or even a frontline capital ship. It was renamed after the fact. It couldn't overpower the Eclipse class though.

Eh, at this point its all just styling. We have 1,000 variations of the same ship. Never really would have been necessary.
