I have equity exam next week, and although im aware of the maxim here and s 53(1)(b) i didnt really understand / was confused about how it operated in Rochefoucald until you explained it and i went and looked at the case. Now i completely get how equity can intervene to prevent statute being used as an instrument of fraud. Very interesting. thank you. Now i need to watch another flightchannel video, and im moving on to Part 2.

Thas a good question cause a constitution is a charter and a charter usually has articles kind of like an llc has articles of organization

A Schedule is just part of an Act! Acts may have a number of Schedules that appear after the main Clauses in the text and are often used to spell out in more detail how the provisions of the Act are to work in practice! 👍🏻😁
